Maggio Consulting Services was founded by Leonard Maggio, a retired U.S. Army senior leader with more than 20 years of military service and more than 30 years total professional experience in operational planning, workforce development, and leadership training.
Following his military career, Leonard has worked in federal contracting environments supporting operations across more than 50 government contracts, helping organizations manage staffing operations, vendor relationships, and performance reporting.
Leonard has also founded multiple businesses, including Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and brings experience across construction, recruiting, business development, and leadership training.
